    my communicator didn't show the 'password box'. so i cannot type my password. when i try to login it will login using my email but then return error 'the server is temporary unavailable.please contact your administrator'. how can i make the password box to appear on my communicator?plzzzz..i really need some advise

    Communicator won't ask for credentials until after a succesful connection to the server.  From that error message it appears you have some other problem unrelated to authentication.

     

    The current login credential will automatically be used on initial logon with Communicator so you won't be preompted for an account/password unless using a sip Sign-In name that doesn't match the current user.

    already solve the problem. i have to succesfully connect to OCS to show the password box. the roblem is because my sipinternaltls not properly configured in my AD
