CRM 2011 Dialog End Page cleanup. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello Experts and fellow CRM Users!

Is there a way to remove the end page/last page (the one with the "Finish" button) of a standard Dialog process? We would like to eliminate that step because we feel it is a redundancy.

Thanks for your time and input!☺

  • Hello there Kotena80!

Not a solution but rather an answer. Unfortunately, there is no solution or workaround for this issue so far as the step is not completed until the user presses the finish button. Until then, it's just stored data in the dialog step. If ever there is a solution, chances are, it's unsupported.

  • this is actually incorrect, as there is no going back from this page. You cannot "Cancel" this page as all changes or creates have already run
