V3.0 organization settings error RRS feed

  • I have recently CRM 3.0 deployed on an SBS2003 Premium edition but the administrator user I have set up cannot change date, currency etc settings - an error keeps coming up saying contact your administrator. I have ensured the rights are set to System Administrator for the "Administrator" user I have set up - but even when I assign these rights to any other Active Directory user I get the same problems. Any suggestions?
