  • Hi quachnguyen,

I received some support instructions and u should follow them as well :

go to profile center: https://profile.microsoft.com and check if
the email address in profile center is the same as that one which you
use while trying to login to MCP member site. If it is different, change
it. Please allow at least 24 hours for your email to be updated and try
to log in again with the  access code below.

in my case , my name and address was different and I changed everything to match now
and I will wait 24 hours to try again.

I hope this will fix the problem for both of us.

please let me know when you fix the problem.

  • Hi Hussain Al Misbah

I solved this issue by submitting a new access code, no need to change my profile.

    Best regards,
