Not seeing presense information for some users in MS Project Server 2003

  I am running 2007 R2 and all is well except for not seeing presence information for all users in Project Server 2003. I am seeing presence information in Outlook, Share Point 2007 etc but only a few of my users show presence in Project 2003. Is there anything special that needs to be changed to get this information.
