    Why is my one care red when i just bought it!?!?! ANd then installed it for me! I can not activate it!

    If you are receiving an error message during activation, what is it?

    If you open One Care you will see an "Action To Take" to resolve the "At Risk" status. What is the action to take?

    Thank you for contacting the Live OneCare program forum. When you get a yellow, orange, or red alert status, there is normally an informational bubble in the bottom right-hand corner on the taskbar. The icon looks like a red cirle with a 1 for OneCare on it. If you could, please post back with the error or dialog message you are receiving, unless this was indeed an "Activation" situation as JimR indicated.
