jre jarfile in MP3 Rocket RRS feed

    when I try to install my MP3Rocket it keeps saying  cannot access jre jarfile. I have an error number of 1316, I have removed the latest update from Java and re downloaded and installed it same with MP3Rocket but still unable to gain access.
