Error Processing the URL when accessing course content RRS feed

  • Originally posted questio on other forum, but this seems to be where others are discussing the issue.

    Problem accessing course materials: for the last 2 days the following message displays when I try to access course content

    Error Processing the URL
    An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact Technical Support for more information.

    My current assumption is that "Technical Support" refers to eLearning support, as I have received no similar messages for any other URLs

  • I am getting this error as well on any learning module that I try to access.  Has anyone been told what the issue actually is?
