Can't Insert CAD drawing in Visio

  Hi,

  I'm using Microsoft Visio 2019. When I click on Inset>CAD Drawing nothing happens. It does not open the pop-up window that would allow me to to select a CAD drawing to insert on my visio drawing. However, if I try to open Visio in safe mode, I can insert the drawing just fine.

  Can someone help me figure this out and fix the issue so that I don't have to always open Visio in safe mode?
