  • Hello Frayed,

    The mgadiag report shows that you are attempting to use a Dell OS Reinstallation CD to install XP onto your HP Pavilion computer.

    This is not going to work, plus it is a violation of the End User Licensing Agreement.

    Please contact HP customer support to see if you can order a Recovery CD/set specifically for the model of HP that you have.  If they cannot help you, please visit www.restoredisks.com
