    i need help i cannot remeber my answer to secret question to reset my password. I need to sort this out because i need the files in another of my email accounts.and am loced out of my own e-mail.
    is there anyone i can contact like a administrator i have sent one already but they have not replied. i need help with this.

    You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare.

     

    To reset your password, you need to have set up an alternate email and/or the secret questions, or it gets rather involved. The "easy" reset can be performed at http://account.live.com

    If that won't work, you'll need to select LiveID or Windows Live Hotmail from the list of applications on http://support.live.com
