Flash Display Flickering issue on Windows 10

Hi There

Check with refresh rate and update driver and check with windows update but intermittent it is developing.

Apart from this some time it is flicker while booting although it is totally related to graphic stage where it is starting function

Currently i am using Win 10 (1909) version OS.
