Lookup not display selected records RRS feed

  • Hello all.

    My customer has CRM 2011 UR 17.

    When the customer want's to reply to an e-mail in CRM, she want's to change the TO, CC and BCC activityparty fields but when she clicks the lookup button, the records that are already selected in the form do not appear in the selected items list.

    Sometimes it actually works as it supposed too, but most of the time the list of selected items is empty.

    This problem only occurs in Google Chrome and not in Internet Explorer 10.

    Does anyone has a solution or workaround for this? My customer needs Google Chrome because they can not work with IE because of a strange memory leak in Internet Explorer
