  • OEM SLP copies of Windows like yours need to link with the SLIC table in the BIOS in order to remain activated.  The manufacturer has provided a back up product key for when this fails.  Find the COA sticker affixed to the bottom of your computer or in the battery compartment.  Copy the product key.  Click Start, type "slui.exe 3" and hit Enter.  Follow the instructions.

You have an enterprise copy of Office installed.  It is a volume license version only available to volume license customers.  Unless it was installed by an enterprise or university with which you are affiliated it is invalid for your use.  However, the non-genuine message is not related to that.

The Windows Key in use is the OEM_SLP Key from an ASUS computer - but your computer for whatever reason does not have the appropriate SLIC table to be able to self-activate that Key.
You need to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker, and activate using that - use the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page. .

Your installation of Office is probably non-genuine, unless you acquired it through your employer or college.
