Thread with zero Views and zero Replies when it has 5 replies

Question
-
The thread at the following link is incorrectly shown in the list of threads as having Zero Views and Zero Replies when it has at least 5 replies so it must also have also been viewed.
It is also showing up when the Filter is set to "No Replies"
I wonder if the OP ever received any notification of replies because there has been no further communication by the OP.
Screen snippet showing then Filter setting, Zero replies and Zero Views.

I am confused by the whole issue.
Then it looks like two things happened.
1.) the thread got moved and did not complete (ghost got left behind) When a move happens I believe the new record is written to new location, then cleanup should happen deleting from old location.
2.) the op edited the title sometime after the move to new forum.
Only fissues can perform the necessary cleanup of ghost left behind.

Thanks for trying Dave but the situation is unchanged. However, I received notification signed off by yourself due to your reply and delete so we can probably assume that the OP is receiving notifications and that is the main issue. It will be nice to know if the owners of the site will address the problem because it should not occur.

Hi Richard Mueller,
I am more confused than ever. The thread subject on the screen snippet that you posted is not the same as the one that I posted. However, if I select the thread subject same as the snippet that I posted, I am taken to a post with the same subject that you posted. Maybe this has all occurred because someone moved/copied the post to another location

The thread you linked and the one highlighted in red are not the same thread. Check the titles, one is;
"How sum by the condition lenght of character in excel? "
other is
"How to sum the money by condition len of character (Group) in excel?"

Hi again Dave,
As per my previous reply to Richard Mueller, I am confused by the whole issue. If I open the post from the thread in the Developer selected forum, I am taken to a post in a different forum selection (Excel IT Pro Discussions) and with a different Subject heading as per the 2 screen snippets below. You can emulate what occurs by selecting the Developer forum and then open the thread.

Agreed, I see variations of this as well. Sometimes I move a thread and it never shows in destination but unusable ghost is left at source.
