Freezes Up, After Startup RRS feed

    I have a Dell Desktop, Windows XP Home Edition, IE 8. After my pc competely starts up, it freezes up, and will not let me click on any programs, I have to shut it down the hardway then. Can someone please help me? & Thanks alot. Am not sure that I am selecting the right Forum for my problem or not, if not, then I am sorry, and then can someone please tell me which Forum to use, and thanks again.
