Json Webservice not working on windows 10

Hi,

i am working with cross platform development in windows 10 with VS2015.

i am trying to access JSON web service in my application but it not give me response .

When i tried same thing with RESTClient in chrome or Mozilla browser,In this also i am unable to get response.

Is there any network setting required to access web service in Windows 10?
