CRM App offline mode can't create new record, and check the entity to be shown in mobility device RRS feed

  • 1 As the article said: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/work-offline-with-crm-for-tablets.aspx, the users can create new record when app runs on offline mode. But when I try for it, as soon as the app runs offline, the "+" button which can be used for creating records as it said will disappear.

    What's wrong, and how can i do like the article said?

    2 I found that some entities can be only added to Phone client, and some can be only added to tablet client, that's wired! Like "Activity" can be only added to tablet and can't be added to phone client, why not?! The checkbox is grey.
