  • You have posted an incomplete report - but even that is enough to show that your intallation is counterfeit.

    The Key in use is the infamous Lenovo Stolen Key - which was never legally installed on a machine.

    The machine itself is a Hewlett-Packard, so teh key would not be valid on the machine ever it it were a legal Key.

    You will need to reformat and reinstall the original operating system using the manufacturer's Recovery media.
