If the install hasn't yet asked for a product key then the problem isn't of a Validation or Activation nature and I wouldn't be much help. The good new is that install issues are supported at no cost (and since you just bought the software, it should still be within it's free support period anyways)
I contacting Office Support at
http://support.microsoft.com and they should be able to resolve the issue.
