Microsoft Outlook Web Access - where to ask about primary alias?

I thought maybe Microsoft Account or Outlook or OWA but don't seem to be any relevant ones.

Someone from Microsoft Support changed the primary on my account and now it won't change back again. Where is the forum I can post about this, please?
