i installed onecare signed in, typed my product key in and it still tells me to finish setup.i click the finish setup button and it asks me the same questions as before.then i get a message saying no available plans.message code 3010.if my one care is activated why is it asking me to finish setup?i tried it on two computers and the same thing.helpppp meeee!!

The 3010 error suggests you are using a Live ID that already has a One Care subscription associated with it. Most likely your subscription is active and you only have to activate One Care on your desktop.
