How can I add a device onto my mesh which is already registered with another mesh? RRS feed

    I want to be able to access my wife's laptop remotely to aid her, however she has already registered with live mesh. How do I add her laptop to my mesh so I can remotely access her laptop? When I login to my mesh on her laptop and try add her laptop as a new device live mesh tries to install the Live mesh software but then says that:

    Live mesh is already installed.
    Sign in to add this computer to your mesh
    Another version of the product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of the product, use Add/remove programs on the Control Panel.

    If she is using Live Mesh with a different LiveID, then you can simply sign into her Live Desktop at www.mesh.com to use the remote access feature.
    Alternatively, you could sign into the Live Mesh client on her PC with your Live ID, which should make it available to your Mesh, I believe.
    A machine typically belongs to a single Mesh. You can share folders between meshes by using the invite feature, but there is no facility to share remote desktop access.
