Lumia 1520 with Cannot find server or DNS error

Hi

I have Lumia 1520 and I am really tired of that because:

When I am at home, I can use Internet, but as soon as I am out, I get the message: Cannot find server or
DNS error. I did contact the phone company and change the SIM card and reset the phone twice.... But it does not help. Please I am really like my phone, and I do not like to sell that. Please help...
