CRM 2013 & SharePoint Online RRS feed

  • Question

  • The planning guide for CRM 2013 says:

If you want to use Microsoft SharePoint document management functionality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2013, you have to have one of the following SharePoint editions installed and running:

    • Microsoft SharePoint 2013
    • Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013
    • Microsoft SharePoint 2010 SP1 (all editions)

Does that means SharePoint Online through Office 365 is not supported?

  • Hi

I could not find a direct answer to this. But I found this : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40345

There is a list component for CRM 2013 and it supports Sharepoint Online.

So my guess is, this should be possible.

  • While the title does not say anything about online (nor does it in the IG) under System Requirements on the link provided it says:

    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 List Component for
      Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013
. This version works with Microsoft
SharePoint Server 2013, Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013, and SharePoint Online. It doesn't work with
      SharePoint 2010.

Based on this it should indeed work. Thank you!
