MCPD (70-511) Syllabus

I am planning to take Microsoft Certified Professional Developer Certification Exams (70-511) . I went through the skills measured section.

I Would like to know what is the syllabus and any materials provided. Both C#.Net and VB.Net Certifications and what is the best way to prepare for exams.

The official syllabus for this exam is MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-511): Windows Applications Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4

There is also a training course available 10262A: Developing Windows Applications with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (5 Days)
