  • Hello LDeWolf,

    Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

    OGA Data-->
    Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
    Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 - 114 Blocked VLK 2
    Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 - 101 Not Activated
    OGA Version: Registered,

    At the moment, your computer has two installations of Office, a not-yet-activated retail license installation of Office Standard Edition 2003, and a nongenuine installation of a volume licensing edition of Office Professional Edition 2003.

    The nongenuine installation of Office Professional Edition 2003 is causing the nongenuine notices.

    To correct the situation, it will be necessary to uninstall the nongenuine Office Professional Edition 2003, then activate and validate Office Standard Edition 2003.  Please follow the steps below:

    1.  From the Add or Remove Programs applet of Control Panel, locate Office Professional Edition 2003 and uninstall it.  Restart the computer twice.
    2.  Next, open up an Office Standard Edition 2003 program such as Word 2003.
    3.  At this point you should see the Activation Wizard.  If so, complete online activation normally.
    4.  If you do not see the Activation Wizard, from within Word 2003, click on Help, then click on Activate [Word][Office].  Follow the prompts in the Activation Wizard and activate normally.
    5.  Restart the computer, then visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Office button.  Office should validate normally.
    6.  Open up Word 2003 and verify that you no longer are receiving nongenuine notices.
    7.  If the nongenuine notices persist, that means there are remnants of the nongenuine installation of Office Professional 2003 that have to be cleaned up.  In such case, please post back for further instructions.
