False At Risk Notices

When using the main computer I am always notified the laptop is "At Risk" for infiltration because the firewall is off. THE ENTIRE COMPUTER IS OFF!! These red alerts are most obnoxious. Why do they come up when the laptop isn't running? What can I do to stop the false alarms?

Unfortunately this issue is fairly common when a computer in your One Care Circle may be offline for long periods. Because I have some computers that might be offline for days at a time I do not designate any of the computers in my One Care Circle a hub computer.
