    Hello,

    I have gone through multiple websites on internet and now confused about whether the Windows 10 OS is free to all the users having genuine Windows 8/8.1 or not?

    Somewhere I read that this Windows 10 is free for only first year and during this time only Microsoft will provide free updates and later Microsoft will charge for the updates.

    Kindly clarify.
