• Question

I´ve got the following on my PC for a couple of days, and there's no way to remove the threat so far; even the windows live onecare scanner can't deal with it; the file name is: Trojan:Win32/AgentBypass.gen!K

If there's anyone who knows about it, please let me know how to deal with it and get reed of it. Otherwise, I will have to format the HD where it's allocated to finish with it. Thanks.

  • Please contact OneCare support for help with removal (assuming you mean the installed PC program for OneCare and not the free online scanner)
