CRM2013 unable to send email sufficient privileges error. RRS feed

  • HI

    can I know why I unable to send email and show me the following error:

    I follow the instruction from internet check "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to send email on your behalf"

    but I still unable to send email. what should I do to fix the problem?? please help......

  • Hi Kenny,

    It would have been better if you would have provided the error log but you can always do it later. Few questions here:-

    1. Are you trying to send this email through a workflow or a plugin?

    2. In that case have you changed his security role to send on behalf of other users.

    If this doesn't works, please provide the error log.

    Hope the above answer helps you out! I would add that you might be missing the option to actually let e-mails be sent my a certain user - Assuming you've configured the E-mail Router.
