hey all,

so i just got this program literally tonight.

ive got the entire thing downloaded and running but it keeps asking me to delete my old virus protection program which was norton anti virus. Well i did but its still saying its there and unable to remove...

i dont know what to do, can anyone help me??

Here's the link for the Norton Removal Tool -
ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

Run that and then install OneCare. If OneCare is already installed, you may have to reinstall it after running the Norton removal tool.

Hello

You should get in touch with Norton support and ask for there clean up or removal tool and before using it uninstall OneCare, then use the tool reinstall OneCare.
