Answers

  • Looking at the diagnostics information, i would suggest to reinstall your operating system using Recovery Media given to you by your computer manufacturer.

     

    The diagnostics information shows alot of tampering in the operating system (look at the File Mismatch section) and a simple fix would probably not be ideal.

     

    You can also try pressing the "resolve" button on the DIagnostics tool to try and fix the cryptographics issue.

  • Ok i have to say i am deeply pissed for one i started posting one week ago and a microsoft person said to post my details on the board and wait for someone to answer i have waited and waited and still no one has answered. I dont mean to question microsofts ability to help but i see no point why i should wait while other people get their questions answered immediately. I have no problems with microsoft but im beggining to doubt their ability to help.
