  • This appears to be from some custom javascript which is running onLoad of the form.

    Are you able to post the code here please?

  • In terms of uninstalling this solution, the following link might be of help;

    However it doesn't seem that the 2 issues are related. There appears to be a javascript alert which is presenting you with the message "User roles could not be determined.".

    If you are certain there is no code running, try taking a look in the server logs on the CRM server to see if there is a warning or error message which will give you more information.

  • Hi,

    To see if any custom script is wired up with your Activity Form, navigate to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System. Expand Entities > Task > Forms. You will see something like this:

    Now, click on Task form as highlighted above and do the following to check for custom script.

  • Hi,

    Don't delete the solution, it might remove other stuff as well (if it's managed). If it's unmanaged, deleting the solution will not do anything. You'll need to manually remove the Events from the Form ONLY if you wish to remove existing functionality. To get rid of the error and also remove all other functionality, keep selecting the Event Handlers (3) and clicking Remove.

    However, I would not recommend doing that since existing functionalities would get messed up. If you didn't write the code, you might want to get hold of the person who did and clarify the cause of the popup (basically the code logic).

    Also, you can post the entire contents of the code here, so we can help if needed.
