Good Afternoon,
I can log into my email inbox but I cannot open any emails.

Both people have given you good advice.
Make sure when you post your question at Microsoft Community you include details about the method you use to access your emails
eg via Browser or Email client.
See the differences between them here

Karl is correct email questions should be asked on Microsoft community. When you post there give them as much information as possible. One thing you may want to try before hand is...
The first step in any troubleshooting is to clear the browser cache/cookies.
*For Internet Explorer browser & MSN Butterfly: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Delete
*For Google Chrome: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Clear Browsing Data
*For Firefox: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Clear Now(other browsers are similar)Wanikiya and Dyami--Team Zigzag
