Unable to load images in ICE while online RRS feed

    For a couple of months now I have been unable to use the Microsoft Image Composite Editor (ICE) because images will not load, irrespective of the size or number of the images.
    I have now, by coincidence, discovered that images will in fact load if the computer is offline, and everything works fine, but as soon as I am connected to the Internet it refuses to load images again.
    This seems to me like it may be a virus issue, but it was already a problem with my previous anti-virus software in September (G-Data) and persists now that I am using Kaspersky Antivirus, although both say that my system is clean.

    Wow, that's very strange.  I suppose it's possible that your anti-virus software is somehow interfering with ICE.  Have you tried temporarily disabling your anti-virus software and then running ICE to see if that's the case?
