Invalid Product Key?? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I have a non-generic pc built from new egg. It origanaly came with windows xp but when vista came out I bought a copy from best buy and it worked great and all was well in the univers. About a week ago I got a virus, so I did a clean re-install. After all the vista up-dates were finished a window popped up saying there has been an unautherized change to windows. I tried to see what was happening and then another window popped up saying I had an invalid product key. So I did a google search and now I'm here, can someone help me please?? I ran the Diagnostic tool and here are the results..

You should also scan your system using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - do NOT enable the resident scanner when you install it)
