CRM 2011 Online setup with:
# Office 2003 with SP3 installed
# CRM 2011 for Outlook with Rollup 2 installed
Many suggestions?

Outlook keeps tool bar config in a temp file within the users profile.

Hi Allen,
Did you eventually find out what was causing this? I think the two responses below were referring to the Outlook Toolbar, and it looks like you were missing the toolbar in the web list , which is exactly what I am seeing now with an install.
Anyone else see this problem?

Have you tried a complete manual uninstall of the CRM Outlook Client and then reinstall. When uninstalling you'll want to first uninstall the program and then delete the MSCRM folder from both the Roaming and Local Appdata directory.
Let me know how that goes.
