How can we block online web proxy sites and tunnling sites using TMS server RRS feed

    Is there any way to block online web proxies and tunnling sites using TMG web proxy.

    I have tride most of the things given in forum, technet and help. if i block a "technical information" catagory  it blocks the online web proxy and tunnling sites but it also blocks all sites having technical informaion like dell, hp, MS, IBM and so many.

    I blocked the anonymizers it blocks some of the online proxy. https inspaction is not working.

    Did ya happen to notice this is the "Training and Certification" forum? 

    Perhaps contacting Forefront directly might be an idea....
