Regarding Queues RRS feed

    I want some knowledge on quesues in ms crm4.0

    They are organisation level. But i dont understand y they hav given business unit in the form. any how we cannot control the behaviour of queue based on the logged in user i.e, WE cannot hide some quesues fro some specific group. What is the use of attaching them to the bu?

     

    any idea?

    Hi samuel,

    CRM 4 out of the box only support BU level security. I think what you are looking for is user level role base queue security. You can upgrade to CRM2011 or write custom plugin in CRM 4 to achieve that. read this

    CRM 2011 already improve the queue to be able to set as user level.
