  • Hi Anil,

First, please update your ourlook client to the latest version.

If above is not work, please reconfigure your CRM Outlook again.

Third, if above is not work, please reinstall the Outlook and update to latest version.

Fourth, Try to grant local os admin privilege and CRM admin role and try again. This will narrow down if it is privilege level issue.

If all failed, please open a case to CRM support team, they will help you.

    Thanks.

    Wilson

  • Hi Wilson,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Finally i found

This error occurs because of a client computer is used by more than one user,

A user goes offline. Then, a second user clicks Go Offline. In this scenario, the second user cannot go offline. In fact, no other users can go offline.

Additionally, you receive the following error message:-

An error occurred during deleting database. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator for assistance and try going offline again

both users wants to use the client machine ,any suggestions?

  • Hi Anil,

What do you mean may user use on workstation? Do they also share the account?

If they have different account to login and use Outlook, they will have their own Outlook profile, it will not influence others.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Wilson

i checked, only one user is using the PC

i grant the local admin privilege to the user, but getting the same error.

as per the error log file the user is not able to delete, drop, alter the database.

i tried to Google it, but not get any info on it.

    >Exception occurred in function DeleteCurrentDatabaseAction with error : Cannot drop the database 'MSCRM_MSDE', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.
