Every time I use USB port in front or back of my HP Pavilion a300n I can't reboot computer. RRS feed

    Every time I use certain USB ports in the front and back of my HP Pavilion a300n computer, my computer freezes up on reboot and I have to trun the unit off and remove either the jazz drive in the front USB port or the mass storage device in the back USB port.  Can I get a troubleshooter to fix this nuisance?

    I have another HP Pavilion in the next room that has two USB ports in the front that are shorted out.  What can I do?
