  • Hello,

    I wonder if anyone can help me.. 8 years ago (ish) i complete the courses windows 2000 pro and server, and need to find were i can re-print my certificates as i have lost the originals and my mcpid, also the company were i completed my course has shut down.

    Can anybody give me some advice on how i can retrieve that info.

  • Go to the MCP website and try to sign in there.  You'll need your MCP number that Microsoft provided you.  If you don't have it, I believe the site has resources/contacts on hot to obtain this info.

  • I have contacted microsoft and found the info i needed and downloaded new certificates.
