I got an email on 12th november that my certificate got shipped, and I still haven't received it, it's been over 4 weeks now. I wanted to contact regional service, but my country wasn't listed there so I picked section "Other countries/regions not listed"
and they want my customer ID. I didn't enter any because I don't know where to find it, but I guess e-mail still got send, just it has been days without reply. I'm worried it didn't get lost, is there anyone I can contact about this?
