Shipment of Microsoft Certificates? RRS feed

  • Hello all,

    I got an email on 12th november that my certificate got shipped, and I still haven't received it, it's been over 4 weeks now. I wanted to contact regional service, but my country wasn't listed there so I picked section "Other countries/regions not listed" and they want my customer ID. I didn't enter any because I don't know where to find it, but I guess e-mail still got send, just it has been days without reply. I'm worried it didn't get lost, is there anyone I can contact about this?

    Don't worry. First of all you took the right steps. Do call the regional service center once more. The customer id they are asking for is your MCP ID number. That should be in the mail you received. Otherwise look it up on your scoresheet. As for sending out the certicicate that might actually take up some time depending on where you live. So either give it one more week and if you can't wait any longer mail and call the RSC.
