CRM Online 2011 Email Router Multiple Issues

Question
-
Hi all,
I am trying to setup the email route for CRM Online 2011. To start with, the documentation does not match the actual application. There is no button anywhere in the configuration manager called "Test Access" so I am unable to perform any tests.
When I enter my organization as:
https://dev.crm5.dynamics.com/myorg
The "Load Data" in the third tab consistently fails with a security exception.
The actual service itself is writing nothing to the logs and I have no way of testing what it's doing.
Does anyone have any idea how to correctly configure this thing? The documentation is poor at best.

Just about to try using the email router with Online so I'm browsing messages regarding it.
I have something you should check. I've noticed that if the clock on the computer you using to connect to Online is more than 5 minutes off you will get an unable to connect message when doing things like running a report from Visual Studio.

The full error message is as follows:
"The E-Mail Router Configuration Manager was unable to retrieve user and queue information from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. This may indicate that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server is busy. Verify that URL 'https://dev.crm5.dynamics.com/crm5org2xxxx' is correct. Additionally, this problem can occur if specified access credentials are insufficient. To try again, click Load data. (An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail.)"
I have triple checked that the organization name and the Windows Live ID and password are correct. The Windows Live Sign In Assistant is installed and running. Everything else looks fine.
Why has Microsoft seriously made it so impossibly difficult to setup something as simple as emails out of the CRM?

Adam,
Did you fix this issue? I have the same problem, and no answers yet.
Cheers.

Your recommendation works. I had the same problem and my clock was 6 minutes ahead of zone time. I changed it, then restarted the service and there was a flurry of emails from the Router. Ofcourse, now people are cursing IT for all these emails.

Hi Anil
Glad that helped, I figured out that if the computer time of the machine you are using is off by more than five minutes is an issue when working with Scribe against MS CRM Online. The logs created by Scribe had a warning that indicated wrong time on the client computer was preventing a connection. This time issue can impact:
1. Excel dynamic worksheets
2. Reports while working in Visual Studio with BIDS
3. Email Router
