Size of a Folder RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want to say that is there any way to define the size of a New Folder?

Suppose I have created a New folder named "X" and want to define the maximum size of this newly created folder or any other folder is 2GB. If I want to keep more than  2GB data, the folder will not accept it.
If you really know about this plz let me know.

    Sincerely,

    Little learner

  • Windows has a function of quota a drive, but not has the function to limit a folder size. Maybe some third party tools can set it. But we cannot recommend  any third party tools for you because we cannot ensure it will cause unexpected issue or not.

    Thank you for your understanding.
