Office XP Pro 2002 OEM Product on MackBook Parallels failing activation RRS feed

  • Hi, my Office XP Pro OEN Product was purchased with a Tosh which has subsequently died and been buried.  It was reinstalled several times when machine rebuilt.  Replaced with a MACBook and parallels but you know the story it wont activate.  Please help  I have been throug the routine of checking using the diagnostic tools and ensuring the latest validation programme installed.

  • Hi Stephen,
    I think the real answer is OEM Product cannot be installed on another (even if the first is dead) as the licence is not transferable.  grrrrrrr
