The copy of Windows 7 Ultimate which is installed is Pirated. The OEM SLP serial in your MGADiag Report is for a Lenovo Ultimate system.
This serial was leaked from Dell before there OEM preinstalled systems were going to be shipped with this serial in use on them for the public to buy. The serial quickly spread over the internet & got abused by Hackers for use in there illegal activation cracks/hacks (BIOS SLIC Loaders, etc) NO systems from Dell shipped with this serial in use. Microsoft then decided to blacklist the serial with the Windows Activation Technologies update.
Your laptop is an Acer. It is showing as having a HP SLIC table in the BIOS aswell as also having the incorrect manufacturer serial installed.
A loader has been used on your system. You will need to purchase a legitimate copy of Windows 7 from the Microsoft Store & do a clean install.

(MODS _ please move this thread to the Win7 forum)Your Acer machine has an HO SLIC table showing, and is using a Lenovo OEM_SLP Key that was never in a legally-sold machine. The installation is non-genuine.For what version and edition of Windows is your machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case? You should contact the manufacturer and order a set of recovery disks for your machine from them, and then use those to reinstall the original software - you will need to back up your data to external storage first. If you still require Ultimate edition, then you should either purchase a legal Anytime Upgrade, or a full Upgrade pack from a reputable dealer.
