  I need help on trying to install Onecare

  I've recently had the free trial version installed and it came down to the last few weeks on the trial when i started to get problems with onecare when i booted up my pc, i uninstalled onecare and installed another antivirus program and now want to install onecare again

  I've uninstalled all other antivires programs and even turned off windows firewall and then tryed to install Onecare from the internet AND from a CD bought in shops.

  After i try to install Onecare it comes up with this Error ID: 0019-80070643

   

  Could anybody tell me whats wrong?

  I've checked online and nothing helped me, I also wanted to phone up Onecare but couldn't find a phone number for them.
