Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010

I have bought and installed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010. It shows to be installed when I go to instalations in my computer. When I click on the icon on my home screen it takes me one of those 'open file security warning bla bla bla' boxes. I got that the first time and ran the program as I know it is ok. I want to go into and open my program. How do I do this???

I don't have a clue what forum. :/
